Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from any purchase with motoxpricambi.com, without any penalty, but you have to send a certified email to motogpricambi@pec.it or a registered mail.

The right of withdrawal is made with the sending, within the expected time of 10 days of a written communication at the address of Motogpricambi SRL per registered mail with receipt notice, according to the D.L (N° 206/2005) and the return of the goods, so after the control of the integrity of the goods you will be refunded within 30 days as written in the D.L mentioned above.

The communication can be sent, within the same end, also per certified email, with the condition that it is confirmed per registered mail with receipt notice within the next 48 hours.

The only costs that the customer has to pay, to practice the right of withdrawal, according to the law of the distance contract, are the costs for the return of the goods to the sender.
